Michal- soft cheese
Soft cheese, whole goats milk, production technology similar to Brie. Has a white rind that gets different shades over maturation, rough texture with a mild taste while young and becoming almost liquid and very distinct in taste when ripening.
Maturation duration- 4 weeks minimum.
