Edna- hard cheese

Hard cheese, whole goats milk, production technology- semi cooked curd, has a very smooth, delicate and elastic texture. Tastes very mild after a short maturation (2 months), and gaining more complexity and sweetness through maturation. 

Maturation duration- 2 months minimum.
